All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

At Lingerie Sale Shop, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your intimate apparel purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once their hygiene seals or tags have been removed:

  • Bikinis (once the hygiene seal is removed)
  • Bras (if the hygiene tags have been removed)
  • Catsuits & BodyStockings (if tried on without protective underwear)
  • Babydolls (with removed hygiene tags)

Additionally, any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

Once approved, package your items securely and ship to:

Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

What’s Refunded:

  • Full cost of returned items
  • Original shipping fees (if returning entire order)

What’s Not Refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility)
  • Original shipping fees (if keeping part of your order)

Exchange Information

If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or product:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect your return
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanged items ship with the same delivery options as original orders

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
