Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bikinis (once the hygiene seal is removed)
- Bras (if the hygiene tags have been removed)
- Catsuits & BodyStockings (if tried on without protective underwear)
- Babydolls (with removed hygiene tags)
- Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We will respond to your email within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, package your items securely and ship to:

Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or product:

- Exchanged items ship with the same delivery options as original orders
International Returns
Since we ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions):
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
